Defines a Tabs Container component.

A Tabs Container component is a container of individual Tab Item which make it easy to navigate between different pages.

selected tab Specifies the index of the first tab to select.
tabs highlight If true, show the tab highlight bar under the selected tab.
tabs layout Set the tabs layout.
tabs placement Set the tabs position.

Identifier Defines the component identifier.
Is active Defines whether the component is active.
